Delivery Policy

We ship within Australia only.

FREE standard delivery for orders over $100.
$10 flat rate standard delivery for orders below $100.
$20 flat rate express shipping for all orders

Orders will be dispatched within 1-2 business days.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Australia Post Express eParcel – 1-3 working days
Australia Post eParcel – 5 – 7 working days, up to 10 working days to Western Australia

Returns and Refund Policy

We are able to offer a store credit, exchange, or refund on an item you’ve purchased from us on a case by case basis.
Please contact us within 14 days of your order date.

Change of Mind

If you’ve had a change of mind about an item you have ordered, we’ll need to receive it back to us unopened and unused, in the original packaging. If the item does not meet those conditions, at the discretion of our staff, you will not be entitled to a refund or exchange. Please note that you can return the item in store, or via postage at your own cost.

Faulty Item

If the item you have received is faulty, please contact us with a detailed description of the product fault, and a photo if possible.


In the rare instance you’ve had an allergic reaction to a product, please take a photo of the reaction and contact us for further instruction. Discontinue use of the product immediately. Allergy returns must be less than 20% used upon arrival back with us.

Incorrect/Damaged Item

If you have received an item that isn’t what you ordered, or it arrived damaged, please take a photo and contact us within 7 days of delivery.
